IRIMARI is absolutely gorgeous – lovely outside lines belie the fact that she has huge interior volume. There is a real sense of space in the interiors which err on the minimal side – one lovely feature of these uncluttered decks is the ability to walk right up to the huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the mains saloon, no chairs or furniture gets in your way. Coupled with high-gloss pale veneer walls, this is an incredibly light space. This theme continues throughout: high gloss surfaces, pale carpets, midnight blue upholstery beautifully disrupted by fine Persian rugs. Colour is used sparingly and to great effect: each cabin has a wide sweeping mural of colour above the headboard; the sinuous window-seats in the sun deck lounge are lilac. This enclosed sun deck lounge also features a gorgeous bar set on a black marble floor, as well as an outside bar by the large glass-fronted pool. Your options for enjoying the outside decks are endless: on the sun deck there are pads by the pool, classic loungers on the aft deck and lovely circular day beds with fold-over awnings like ammonites… There is a small perch on the hard top over the sun deck, curved seating with layered umbrellas on the upper deck, a beach club and fold down platform in front of the gym at water level. The master suite lies forward on the main deck with a spectacular central free-standing bath and massage room, once again, the space is incredible. This is a very elegant yacht with a novel take on the minimal/Deco themes that are so popular now.
